How To Level Up Fast in WildStar Online

Leveling can be a pretty daunting job in any MMO game, and unfortunately WildStar suffers from a similar fate. However, it's also a very rewarding task if you really put some time and effort into it – but some of us tend to lack time, in which case the fastest possible route to level 50 is required.

Thankfully, like with just about every RPG game, there is a way to grind your levels fast. It's not the most fun thing in the world because you'll have to sacrifice looking into the many different features and gameplay elements that come in the way, but it's something most of us want to do out of necessity – perhaps it's just the desire of stability embedded in the nature of nearly everything in existence.

Following is a simple guide that should aid you in finding the shortest and most direct route to fast leveling, while ignoring most of the non-essential tasks that you'll come across.

Leveling Fast Requires Sacrifice
If you want to level up fast, you need to make sure you aren't wasting time doing the following:

Paths
Crafting
Challenges
PvP Games

Completing all the quests and path objectives in the starting zones of your faction will guarantee you reaching level 6. From there onwards, you will travel to Celestion (Exile) or Ellevar (Dominion) depending on your faction, after which things will be in your hands.

Once you are in these places, avoid all Paths, Crafting, Challenges, and even most of the Tasks here.

The amount of World Story, Zone Story, and Regional Events on offer will be adequate enough to give you plenty of experience, and indulging yourself in these "extra-curricular activities" will only eat up time and slow down your leveling process – save them for once you've reached level 50.

Zonal Leveling
Once you have completed World Story and Regional Events, and aren't getting any progressive tasks (these do not include ridiculous tasks like "kill xx number of enemiesh"), you should try to move to a new area in the zone that fits your level.

Once you have located a zone area like that, complete the quests there, and move on to the next area that suits your newly acquired level.

A time will eventually come where you will reach a level cap for the zone you have been playing in. When this happens, there's no point in sitting around and wasting your time here, so you should try and move to a new zone.

Thankfully, the zones follow a very linear level progression pattern, so you can easily go through them quickly if you have an initial know-how. Here is the recommended way you should be covering the zones to level up fastest, based on your faction:

Dominion
Levian Bay/Crimson Isle –> Ellevar –> Auroria –> Whitevale –> Farside –> Wilderrun –> Malgrave –> Western/Southern Grimvault

Exile
Northern Wilds/Everstar Grove –> Celestion/Algoroc –> Galeras –> Whitevale –> Farside –> Wilderrun –> Malgrave –> Western/Southern Grimvault

Get a House
This might seem irrelevant at first, but getting a House is going to help you a lot in your leveling. Why? Because resting at your house grants you bonus rested experience, which means there is absolutely zero reason not to logout from your house once you have one.

Plus it's a fun and exciting feature, and level 50 you can come back and invest lots of time and your collected money on your very own personal floating island.

TrackMaster
One thing we love about WildStar is the game customizability and tweaking that it offers. One sweet feature is the "add-on" system that allows you to use 3rd party and additional simplified content to the game.

One of these is the highly underrated yet useful TrackMaster. This simple little addon will draw a direct line to a specific unit or location. This will make navigating to quests, waypoints, and everything else a lot easier.

Good luck to you!
